  • Phone Screening

    A member of our team will review your application and reach out if we see a fit.

  • Take Home Project

    a 1 week timeline to build an MCP agent and discuss your design decisions with our CTO.

  • Onsite Interviews

    On-site loop. 3+ interviews: coding, architecture and behavioral.

  • Reference Checks

    We do background checks and tend to reach out to a minimum of 3 references.

  • Offer

    If all goes well, we will extend an offer to join our team.
